Harmony House LLC
Every service above is clinically overseen by our founder. If you are not sure which fits your family, start with a conversation — we will help you sort it out.
We also offer Harmony, our virtual concierge — available around the clock by voice or chat to explain services, answer questions, and help you start a referral.

Service journey
Eight stages, one shared plan.
- Connect
- You reach out through the site, a call, or a referral partner. We confirm receipt the same way you contacted us.
- Understand
- A short intake conversation covers what you're looking for, where you live, and how you prefer to communicate.
- Assess
- A clinician completes an assessment appropriate to the requested service and funding requirements.
- Create a Plan
- Goals are written in plain language with your family, then reviewed together before anything begins.
- Begin Support
- Sessions start in the setting where the goals matter, with a consistent team wherever possible.
- Measure Progress
- Data is collected during ordinary activities and summarized for you in review meetings.
- Adapt
- Plans change when routines, schools, schedules, or priorities change.
- Grow
- Support is reduced intentionally as independence increases.
